For businesses
Expert organizations and consulting firms:
Clear head – clear message
Clearer thoughts and a more effective message through writing
Expert work involves constant communication – reports, plans, memos, customer texts, development reviews. At the same time, your head is buzzing with priorities, unfinished thoughts, and digital noise. No wonder the end result is sometimes bland, confusing, or overly cautious.
Clear Head – Clear Message is a training program that helps experts clarify their thinking and communicate more effectively – through writing.
It is not a writing course, but rather a way to sharpen your thinking, refine your expression, and unload your cognitive load in a safe and inspiring environment.
Who is coaching suitable for?
Consultants, experts, and developers
Communications and HR teams
Leaders who want to structure strategic messages
Companies that want to support clarity of thinking and effective communication within their teams
Why does writing work in expert work?
Writing is a tool for thinking. When words find their form, thoughts also become clearer.
It helps to clear your head and make room for insights.
It breaks down complex issues into simpler terms.
It helps to clearly articulate strategies, goals, and expertise—both to the customer and to your own team.
Writing can help you clear your hard drive, capture key messages, and save time later on. In addition, writing develops confidence in your own voice—it reduces communication anxiety and increases your courage to say things as they really are.
Results and impact
Clear thinking saves working time
Clear communication improves customer experience
Clear language supports cooperation, leadership, and decision-making.
Putting your thoughts down on paper reduces stress and prevents burnout.
Often, it is writing that makes visible what was previously vague. When communication becomes clearer, the impact of the work also increases – both internally and externally.

I AM ANNAMARI TYPPÖ, Sananhaltija.
I am a speech and literary therapist, but I also have a background in marketing communications, among other things, so I understand well the unique challenges and pressures that those in the field inevitably face from time to time. Even a creative professional's creativity can sometimes get stuck!
I have run similar creative writing workshops in the industry before, and now I want to offer you the opportunity to do the same. The workshop is about more than just boosting team spirit. At its best, it can also unleash the creativity needed for a strategy day, for example.
What has been said about previous guided writing services:
"The creative writing workshop was part of our team day at Advance. Nice exercises fuelled imagination, creativity and team spirit and were suitable for writers of all levels. I think everyone learned something new, both about their colleagues and their own abilities."
- Mikko Taivainen, Advance B2B
"A well-planned package, which even included practical tasks suitable for a distance workshop. The facilitator knew the target group very well and had taken this into account in the design of the workshop. The workshop was of a suitable length, refreshing and after which it felt a little easier to apply creativity to one's own work."
