Right of access

The data subject can check the personal data we have stored.

Right to rectification

The data subject may request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning him or her.

Right to object

The data subject may object to the processing of personal data if he or she feels that the personal data have been processed unlawfully.

Direct marketing ban

The data subject has the right to object to the use of the data for direct marketing. 

Right of withdrawal

The data subject has the right to request the erasure of data if the processing is not necessary. 

We will process the request for deletion, after which we will delete the data or provide a reasoned explanation why the data cannot be deleted.

Please note that the controller may have a legal or other right not to delete the requested data. The controller is obliged to keep the accounting records for the period specified in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10) (10 years). Therefore, accounting records cannot be deleted before the expiry of this period.

Withdrawal of consent

If the processing of personal data concerning the data subject is based solely on consent, and not, for example, on customer or membership, the data subject may withdraw consent.

The data subject can appeal the decision to the Data Protection Ombudsman

The data subject has the right to request that we restrict the processing of the disputed data until the matter is resolved.

Right of appeal

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman if they feel that we are in breach of applicable data protection legislation when we process their personal data.

6. Regular sources of information

Customer information is regularly obtained

a) from the customer himself/herself when the customer relationship is established b) from the customer himself/herself via a message form, newsletter subscription form or the Vault e-shop. 

7. Regular disclosures of data

The information will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

We have ensured that all our service providers comply with data protection legislation. 

Eilabertta regularly uses the following service providers: Squarespace, Google, Vault, Taina Hannula Oy.

8. Duration of processing

Personal data is processed for 1 year / duration of the customer relationship.

9. Processors of personal data

Personal data is processed by the controller.  

10. Transfer of data outside the EU

Data is regularly transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area. When data is transferred outside the EU and EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data by agreeing on confidentiality and processing issues as required by law. We have also ensured this for our partners.

11. Automated decision making and profiling

The data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.
