How is the training carried out?
Online training (Zoom), duration 60 minutes
Suitable for groups, can also be implemented as a recording as a member service of the association
No previous writing experience required – the most important thing is a desire to pause for a moment and reflect on your own life.
What does coaching offer?
The coaching is based on researched methods that have been proven to work in practice and that support mental well-being and self-understanding. We use guided writing, free association, and gentle questions to help participants:

I am a speech and literary therapist, but I also have a background in marketing communications, among other things, so I understand well the unique challenges and pressures that those in the field inevitably face from time to time. Even a creative professional's creativity can sometimes get stuck!
I have run similar creative writing workshops in the industry before, and now I want to offer you the opportunity to do the same. The workshop is about more than just boosting team spirit. At its best, it can also unleash the creativity needed for a strategy day, for example.
